Should you receive an item that has been damaged while in transit or is defective then please contact your sales representative or us directly by sending an email to email@example.com within 5 days of receipt.
You may also reach us by phone at 888 945 7723 x6 or x10; or send us a fax at 888 945 7724.
We will then make arrangements to replace the product or issue a corrected invoice, or credit as mutually agreed.
